HWG Inductoheat has turnkey system designs and a great deal of experience with induction hardening and the induction tempering of automotive components, textiles, hand tools and other components. System designs can be tailored to a customer's specific requirements and include a full process monitoring facility.

Traceability of components undergoing heat-treatment is provided with parameter storage, including date and time stamp and the facility to log data from many weeks of production. The company has an on-site comprehensive metallurgical laboratory for destructive testing and analysis of parts produced on HWG equipment. This facility is essential to the business in general and a necessary part of many customer acceptance programmes.
