the Radyne Pipe Processes Division is globally acknowledged

Of particular note is Radyne's Merlin heat and coat
field joint system that was used in the challenging
Blue Stream project involving the laying of piping at
record depths across the bed of the Black Sea.
Line Pipe Heating for Coating
Induction inverters, coils, and cooling plant to heat
line pipe continuously after blasting, and prior
to coating. Radyne range of line pipe coils provided
to heat pipe in the range 8” to 80” O.D.
Field Joint Heat and Coat Installations
Turnkey installations for induction heat and coat of
girth welds on pipe lay vessels offshore, joint fabrication
yards on shore and over the ditch. Heat and coat machines
for the application of two layer coating – fbe
and co-polymer giving high quality repetition and control.
Pre and post girth weld heating and heat treatment
Induction equipment for end preheating of pipe prior
to welding, stress relieving after welding – with
programmable closed loop temperature control for sophisticated
alloy steels.
Containerised mobile induction systems
Induction systems supplied built in to 20ft and 40ft
sea containers – for heat and coat applications
both off shore and onshore.
Holiday repair
A Radyne Flexitune mobile induction power supply with
patch repair tool for holiday repair either in the field,
